My role, outside of selling homes in our subdivisions, involved managing all the sales transactions brought in by our team of agents and outside buyer’s agents. In this context, I saw a lot of real estate deals, and represented the interests of our builder clients in responding to offers, communicating and negotiating terms and closing sales.
